parents meal plan with one extra bed “ free of charge “.
Two children occupying separate room will be charged as single occupancy.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation within the release period would be subject to 03 night’s cancellation fees based on the meal plan contracted rates.
All no shows or cancellations within three days prior to arrival during the high and peak seasons will be charged 07 night’s cancella-
tion fee on the meal plan contracted rates.
Any name changes in rooming list (after the release period due date) will be viewed as cancellation of the original booking a nd the
first party will automatically release the booked space.
